Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to generate core creative ideas for product go-to-market strategies, launches, feature releases, and growth initiatives.

• Transform positioning and messaging frameworks into clear, impactful, and repeatable concepts across various channels.

• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, click-through rates, conversion, retention, and engagement metrics to validate and guide creative choices.

• Define visual direction through mood, tone, and art direction briefs.

• Work alongside designers, illustrators, and agencies to bring campaign creative to life.

• Conceptualize motion and video content for short-form social edits, product demonstration reels, and launch films.

• Create cohesive launch themes that unify landing pages, advertisements, emails, social media posts, and sales enablement into a compelling narrative.

• Strategically align stories with adoption, activation, and revenue objectives to drive business outcomes.

• Build a reusable library of hooks, formats, and concepts for future use.

• Assist in positioning creativity as a key growth driver for Grvt.

• Proficient in interpreting performance data, including click-through rates, conversion, retention, and engagement, to guide creative strategies.

• Strong creative instincts combined with a solid understanding of business objectives.

• A distinct perspective on visual and motion direction.

• Up-to-date knowledge of social and cultural trends.

• Experience collaborating across teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Design, and Growth/Performance.
