This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Evaluate paid media performance metrics to pinpoint successful creative trends (hooks, angles, offers, formats)
• Establish and oversee a comprehensive creative testing methodology
• Craft data-driven creative briefs for designers and video editors to implement
• Generate ad copy (hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs) for Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms
• Develop static ad designs in Canva/Figma and edit user-generated content/short-form videos
• Execute 20–50 creative variations weekly utilizing AI-enhanced production workflows
• Employ AI tools on a daily basis for copy refinement, concept mockups, and competitor analysis
• Create and sustain tailored AI workflows, such as prompt templates for ad copy specific to each platform
• Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and video editors
• Remain updated on platform-specific creative best practices
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance creative roles
• Proven capability to analyze campaign data and translate findings into creative guidance
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads
• Excellent ad copywriting skills across various platforms
• Proficient in Canva or Figma for producing static advertisements
• Basic video editing abilities (CapCut, Premiere, or similar software)
• Regular, hands-on use of AI tools for creative production
• Experience in writing creative briefs and overseeing creative feedback processes
• Solid understanding of creative testing methods and performance indicators
• Capability to work during U.S. business hours (PT/ET)
