This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the creative strategy partnership for a range of enterprise and rapidly growing brand accounts, acting as their main strategic ally.
• Convert Atria's exclusive creative intelligence — including performance trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis — into practical creative frameworks, briefs, and suggestions.
• Create and present data-driven creative strategies across various channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more), merging analytical precision with creative intuition.
• Perform in-depth creative audits, competitive evaluations, and trend analyses that provide clients with a competitive edge.
• Work collaboratively across Atria's product and data teams to transform platform insights into strategic narratives that clients can implement.
• Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with senior marketing and creative executives at client organizations — becoming their go-to contact.
• Drive quantifiable client results: retention, growth, satisfaction, and advocacy.
• Conduct strategic reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and workshop sessions that consistently showcase Atria's value and enhance engagement.
• Recognize opportunities to broaden scope, identify unmet needs, and assist clients in maximizing the platform's benefits.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, relaying insights back to product and go-to-market teams.
• Maintain an obsessive awareness of the evolving landscape of AI-powered creative tools, generative media, autonomous creative workflows, and advanced creative systems.
• Develop and communicate original perspectives on the future of creative strategy — through client presentations, content, social media, events, or internal knowledge sharing.
• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows, discerning what is valuable versus what is not, and translating that into tangible benefits for clients.
• Contribute to shaping Atria's product roadmap and positioning by aligning client needs with emerging possibilities at the intersection of AI and creativity.
• 5–8+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or performance creative — preferably with a background at a leading agency, platform, or high-growth DTC/e-commerce brand.
• Profound understanding of paid social and digital advertising ecosystems — you know how creative, media, and data interact in real-world applications.
• A genuine intellectual curiosity about AI and its impact on creative work — you’re actively experimenting rather than merely skimming headlines.
• Outstanding communicator: you can present to a CMO, craft a compelling brief, lead a workshop, and simplify complexity into clarity.
• High level of ownership with a low ego — you excel in small, agile teams where you take on multiple roles and deliver meaningful work.
• Strong relationship builder who quickly earns trust and maintains it through consistent performance and genuine care.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity; invigorated by the opportunity to define a role and discipline, rather than just following a playbook.
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
• Opportunities for continual professional development and growth.
• Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
• Engaging company culture focused on innovation and collaboration.
