This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess creative assets to ensure compliance with MLR requirements prior to the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review by the client.
• Conduct final quality checks of approved landing pages, advertisements, emails, and creative materials before they go live.
• Utilize Veeva Vault PromoMats by annotating assets, entering and linking claims, managing references, tracking submissions, and preparing 2253 filings.
• Uphold standards for brand, design, visual consistency, specifications, and style guides.
• Evaluate copy for grammatical accuracy, tone, messaging precision, approved claims, and alignment with the client’s brand voice.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance QA standards, checklists, and review procedures.
• Manage Asana boards and track deliverables effectively.
• Communicate project timelines, oversee feedback cycles, coordinate tasks among creative teams and client representatives, organize shared deliverables, and manage client assets.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department.
• Set up repeatable QA checkpoints prior to submission and launch.
• Own the workflows associated with assigned Veeva PromoMats accounts.
• Maintain documentation of QA standards and collaborate with Creative Project Managers.
• Achieve KPIs such as first-pass approval rates, turnaround times, pre-launch error rates, filing accuracy, and up-to-date QA documentation.
• Minimum of 4 years in creative production within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, either in an agency or in-house, with direct experience in MLR review workflows.
• Proven understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 regulations.
• Familiarity with fair balance, ISI placement, regulations governing branded, unbranded, and disease-awareness content, along with 2253 filing requirements.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across various platforms including paid social media, display ads, landing pages, and emails.
• Capable of documenting, maintaining, and enhancing QA standards independently.
• Ability to review and offer clear, actionable feedback on creative outputs from designers, copywriters, and freelancers.
• Proficient in Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience collaborating with project management teams in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Bonus: Certification in Veeva PromoMats, experience with modular content strategies, or background working with both pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients.
