Creative Production Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a capacity model for the AI creative team, detailing output by type and complexity.

• Oversee the workflow for each project from initial brief through production, feedback, and final delivery.

• Coordinate intake and prioritization across product teams and user acquisition, maintaining a single, transparent queue.

• Investigate and eliminate factors that hinder team capacity.

• Identify dependencies, risks, and obstacles early and propose solutions.

• Manage delivery metrics including volume, cycle time, on-time delivery rate, and planning accuracy.

• Utilize delivery data for forecasting purposes.

• Lead a team of 10–15 AI creators to ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project or production management within a content or performance creative team is essential.

• Background in managing several concurrent creative production streams, multiple projects, and diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in boosting marketing creative delivery volumes or minimizing cycle times.

• Strong expertise in managing tight deadlines, risks, and resources effectively.

• Ability to take initiative and quickly take ownership of processes.

• Proficiency with task management tools, dashboards, and documentation platforms such as Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, Airtable, and Slack or similar tools.

• Proficient in professional English.

• Willingness and capability to utilize AI daily for planning, status updates, load analysis, risk identification, and automating repetitive tasks.

• Experience in establishing production operations in a growing team is a plus.

• Familiarity with creative templating or modular asset systems is a bonus.
