This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more states.
• Evaluate scripts for effectiveness, pacing, structure, retention potential, and overall quality.
• Assess completed video edits to ensure compliance with brand standards prior to client approval.
• Offer production partners and creators precise, actionable feedback.
• Monitor the implementation of feedback over time.
• Evaluate titles and thumbnails for alignment with brand and packaging requirements.
• Utilize a GEO checklist during quality assessments and highlight issues before the Strategy review.
• Act as the final sign-off authority before videos proceed to client approval.
• Report recurring quality concerns with creators or production partners to the Coordinator and Account Manager.
• Engage in GEO and YouTube strategy planning discussions when topics or formats influence script or video production.
• Maintain a concise record of reviewed and approved work for each client.
• Ensure that every finalized video meets quality and brand standards before it reaches the client.
• Expedite script feedback to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Identify recurring quality issues with creators or partners before they occur for the third time.
• Over 3 years of experience in reviewing, directing, or producing video content within an agency, in-house brand, or media setting.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with brand or creative quality assurance as a designated part of the role.
• A portfolio or work history that demonstrates video content reviewed or directed in accordance with brand standards.
• Experience in working on or reviewing content tailored for B2B or professional-audience channels.
• Proficiency with YouTube Studio analytics, encompassing retention curves, click-through rates compared to channel baselines, and interpretation of drop-off rates.
• Familiarity with Frame.io or a similar video review platform.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.
• Basic proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Canva for feedback on thumbnails and packaging.
• Regular use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for script evaluation, feedback generation, or quality assurance workflows.
• Capability to identify and articulate issues related to hooks, pacing, and structure in actionable language.
• Proficiency in assessing finished video quality, thumbnail click potential, brand alignment, and pacing.
• Ability to uphold a consistent brand standard across various clients and production partners.
• Willingness to work 4–5 hours daily in alignment with EST.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $34,000 to $54,000 CAD annually.
