Creative Producer, Native/Fluent German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop and design the complete visual identity of LLP, from static graphics to engaging motion visuals.

• You will produce and edit a variety of video formats including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube videos, and video podcasts.

• You will design all static visuals, such as ad creatives, thumbnails, social media posts, landing pages, and PDFs.

• You will compellingly implement emotional and conversion-oriented storytelling through imagery and sound.

• You will closely collaborate with the Funnel & Performance team to create creatives that generate leads and are optimized for conversions.

• You will maintain and develop our brand templates, ensuring a consistent visual line across all touchpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in conceptualizing and producing both graphic and video content.

• A strong sense of aesthetics, current design trends, and dynamic video edits (e.g., TikTok-style, UGC).

• You think not only creatively but also with a conversion-oriented mindset and understand how to prepare content for performance goals.

• Proficient in communication tools for remote work (Slack, Google Meet, Asana, etc.).

• Team player mentality.

• You proactively contribute to process or product improvements.

• Resilience and flexibility to act confidently in challenging situations.

• We require at least C1-level proficiency in German.
