Creative Producer Intern – Native or Fluent German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist the team in creating and executing LLP’s visual identity across all digital platforms.

• You produce and edit short video formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and generate engaging, conversion-focused edits.

• You contribute to the design of all static visuals, including social media posts, ad creatives, thumbnails, and elements for landing pages.

• You effectively translate emotional storytelling into visual and audio formats.

• You collaborate closely with the marketing teams to optimize creatives in alignment with performance objectives (leads, conversions).

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial hands-on experience in creating graphic and/or video content (personal projects, university assignments, or hobby initiatives are valid!).

• A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of current design trends (you know what resonates on social media today).

• You are eager to engage in dynamic video edits or possess foundational skills in this area.

• You think creatively while also being solution-oriented — you aim for your designs and videos to achieve performance targets.

• You are an effective communicator and team player who can provide timely and accurate updates, allowing us to concentrate on what is essential.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum of C1 level is required.
