This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
β’ **Role Responsibilities** **π Analytics & Research**
β’ - Observing and evaluating the creative strategies of competitors within the global HR technology and AI product sectors.
β’ - Conducting research on target demographics, as well as understanding the needs, challenges, and insights of candidates and employers.
β’ - Analyzing performance metrics (such as CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc.) to identify opportunities for growth.
β’ **π¨ Creative Production & Launch**
β’ - Developing tasks for static creative assets and drafting scripts for video/UGC and static advertisements.
β’ - Formulating test hypotheses and executing experiments on various advertising platforms.
β’ - Overseeing creative projects from conception to completion: preparing briefs, ensuring quality assurance, and adhering to deadlines.
β’ **π Performance Analysis**
β’ - Assessing the effectiveness of creative assets and advertising initiatives.
β’ - Generating insights to enhance visuals, messaging, and creative strategies.
β’ - Proposing hypotheses and systematically testing innovative approaches.
β’ - A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Creative/Marketing Producer in an IT product firm, digital agency, or performance marketing setting (including Facebook ads video and vertical formats).
β’ - Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators and suggesting improvement hypotheses.
β’ - Strong research abilities regarding audiences, competitors, and product offerings.
β’ - Knowledge of advertising platforms (such as Facebook, TikTok, Google) and principles of performance marketing.
β’ - Expertise in static and video production from initial concept to final approval.
β’ - A portfolio exhibiting successful creative work.
β’ - Proficient in English and Russian.
β’ - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to the team.
