Creative Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop and define the complete visual identity of LLP, encompassing everything from static graphics to dynamic moving images.

• Your responsibilities include producing and editing various video formats such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube videos, and video podcasts.

• You will design all static visual materials, including advertisements, thumbnails, social media posts, landing pages, and PDFs.

• You will effectively implement emotional, conversion-focused storytelling in both visual and audio mediums.

• Collaboration with the funnel and performance team is essential to create creatives that drive leads and are optimized for conversions.

• You will ensure the maintenance and evolution of our brand templates, guaranteeing a consistent visual presence across all platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conceptualizing and producing both graphic and video content.

• A keen eye for aesthetics, current design trends, and engaging video edits (e.g., TikTok-style, UGC).

• You possess a creative mindset with a focus on conversions and have the ability to customize content to meet performance objectives.

• Proficient use of remote communication tools (Slack, Google Meet, Asana, etc.) is required.

• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude is essential.
