Creative Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and develop innovative concepts and strategic approaches for Meta advertisements — from initial hypothesis to execution;

• Collect market insights, analyze competitors' advertisements, keep track of trends, and convert them into unique creative directions;

• Provide clear, actionable tasks to designers and influencer managers;

• Monitor and evaluate creative test results across Meta, determining what to iterate, pause, or scale based on data;

• Construct and enhance the creative testing process for the network;

• Coordinate creative direction with UA and analytics teams; modify strategies based on overall network performance rather than just individual ad outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or creative production (advertising agency, copywriting, content);

• Ability to develop structured creative concepts — not merely ideas, but distinct angles with clear audience logic;

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting performance data, diagnosing what is effective and why, and taking independent action;

• Experience in briefing and providing feedback to designers;

• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

• Structured, self-organized approach to managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
