Creative Producer, AI Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire production process of AI-generated YouTube videos (both Shorts and Long-form) utilizing our proprietary tools: Fiber, SlopFlow, and AI Shorts Studio.

• Review and authorize each video prior to publication, serving as the quality gatekeeper. Currently, this task is performed manually by the Head of R&D and the Lead PM, which is not sustainable.

• Collaborate closely with template owners and freelance editors to ensure that all videos adhere to production quality standards.

• Analyze content briefs created by our AI reference scanner to determine their feasibility with existing tools. Transform briefs into actionable tasks for the team.

• Coordinate with a team of 7-10 individuals to meet daily output targets for over 10 channels: a shorts channel (minimum of 2 shorts) and long-form channels (1 long video).

• Offer creative feedback on AI-generated scenes, identifying when AI output requires manual intervention (approximately 30% of each video needs a human touch).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in video production or content creation for YouTube (preferably both Shorts and Long-form).

• Strong creative sensibility — capable of distinguishing between high-quality and low-quality videos, with the ability to enhance pacing, hooks, and thumbnails.

• Openness to learning our AI tools (Fiber, SlopFlow). No coding skills are necessary, but understanding the capabilities and limitations of these tools is essential.

• Self-motivated individual who can manage daily tasks without needing micromanagement.

• Proficiency in Russian (as team communication occurs in Russian), with English being an advantage for international content.

• Identify and report recurring issues with AI generation back to the tool development team for automation improvements.
