This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Organize and oversee your own work across various briefs, tasks, priorities, and follow-ups, without requiring explicit instructions for each subsequent step.
• Deliver high-quality work independently and punctually, providing clear status updates.
• Analyze disorganized processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and transform vague briefs into actionable next steps.
• Utilize AI wisely to enhance workflow mapping, documentation, quality assurance, data cleanup, and automation support, while diligently reviewing outputs.
• Streamline creative approval workflows to ensure teams are aware of planned actions, pending reviews, approved items, and responsible parties for the next steps.
• Organize work into logical fields, statuses, ownership roles, handoffs, review checkpoints, and definitions of completion.
• Develop Airtable bases, views, and interfaces for client teams, accompanied by documentation that facilitates easy workflow usage.
• Enhance lightweight systems through tools such as Airtable, spreadsheets, project management platforms, documentation tools, and Slack or Teams workflows, along with automation platforms.
• Produce clear documentation, standard operating procedures, interface notes, handover materials, and client-ready explanations.
• Conduct quality assurance on your own work prior to handoff, verifying data, logic, copy, statuses, permissions, assumptions, and user experience.
• Present process enhancements in straightforward, non-technical language to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, social, client service, analytics, and technical teams to implement practical improvements.
• Support workflows post-launch by collecting feedback, addressing friction points, and enhancing user adoption.
• Proven experience in taking charge of workflows, processes, systems, or operational projects, enhancing clarity and reliability.
• Strong structured thinking skills: the ability to decompose a complex problem into users, inputs, outputs, statuses, handoffs, risks, and decisions.
• Practical application of AI in real-world scenarios, boosting workflow efficiency and assessing success through key performance indicators.
• Reliable management of defined projects, which includes asking clarifying questions, updating on progress, and escalating issues promptly when obstacles arise.
• Exceptional written communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, structured data, project management tools, and documentation platforms.
• Strong aptitude for no-code/low-code and systems development.
• Experience with Airtable is extremely beneficial, and this position is suited for someone who enjoys refining rough workflows into efficient processes.
• High attention to detail and a consistent practice of reviewing work before it is shared with others.
• Comfortable explaining systems, process modifications, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable and inquisitive regarding new tools, particularly those that enhance delivery efficiency and cleanliness.
• Experience in creative, content, social, campaign, approval, or asset workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with building Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, or similar lightweight project management workflows is a plus.
