This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the intake and prioritization of creative requests, ensuring that briefs are comprehensive, actionable, and in alignment with business objectives.
• Assist stakeholders in navigating the correct procedures, clarifying unclear requests, identifying any missing information, and minimizing unnecessary workflow disruptions.
• Manage and enhance the project management ecosystem of the creative team using tools such as Asana, Jira, or comparable platforms.
• Establish and maintain workflows, routing rules, dashboards, reporting frameworks, automations, and systems for cross-functional visibility.
• Lead project planning and pipeline management for ongoing, upcoming, and at-risk initiatives.
• Convert business priorities into actionable project plans, monitor timelines and dependencies, identify potential bottlenecks, and communicate necessary trade-offs.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource distribution across campaigns, events, digital, video, web, sales enablement, localization, and branding efforts.
• Manage expectations, address scope changes, handle urgent requests, and uphold service-level agreements, prioritization guidelines, and review timelines.
• Coordinate intricate global campaigns, including managing timelines, reviews, localization handoffs, vendor dependencies, regional feedback, and logistics for final delivery.
• Develop systems for reporting on project status, team capacity, request volume, turnaround times, and recurring operational challenges.
• Utilize data to recommend enhancements to processes and facilitate improved planning.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies, freelancers, localization partners, and production vendors, including managing timelines, deliverables, feedback loops, asset transfers, and operational expectations.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative operations, design operations, marketing operations, creative project management, production, or a similar role within an in-house creative team, agency, or a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of creative production workflows across digital, web, video, print, events, campaigns, localization, and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in project management and workflow tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Workfront, Airtable, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable processes, automated workflows, dashboards, intake systems, and reporting structures.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to bridge gaps between creative teams, marketers, executives, regional stakeholders, and technical partners.
• Strong judgment regarding prioritization, resource allocation, scope, and trade-offs.
• Confidence in establishing boundaries, managing expectations, and guiding stakeholders through structured processes.
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a respect for the creative process.
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts effectively.
