This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the complete process of briefs from Strategy to execution.
• Ensure that briefs are well-defined, actionable, and ready for implementation.
• Monitor all projects, timelines, and dependencies.

• Actively follow up to ensure work continues moving forward.
• Distribute tasks among designers and freelancers.
• Manage workload according to priority and available bandwidth.

• Manage freelancers throughout the entire post-contract process.
• Facilitate onboarding, task assignments, and manage delivery schedules.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and obstacles.
• Ensure that tools are aligned with efficient execution.
• Strong project management and operations mindset.
• Experience in managing several creative projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with freelancers and remote teams.
• High sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail while being execution-focused.
• Effective communicator across various teams.
• Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in paid media and performance-oriented environments.
