Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative intake process, project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and the complete workflow.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate reviews, feedback cycles, and the routing of assets.

• Provide updates on project status, potential risks, and alignment communications.

• Enhance the efficiency of workflow tools.

• Supervise daily studio operations, traffic management, and the routing of creative tasks.

• Manage team capacity, task assignments, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure proper management of files, including naming conventions and version control.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource management and process enhancements.

• Maintain documentation, logs, tools, and systems within the studio.

• Oversee the ingestion, tagging, metadata management, permissions, and delivery of digital assets.

• Manage asset libraries, the structure of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, governance, and archival processes.

• Assist creative teams with access to assets, rights management, and retrieval processes.

• Ensure adherence to usage rights, licensing agreements, and legal standards.

• Streamline DAM workflows and taxonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Proven experience in managing creative workflows, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Experience in overseeing studio operations, routing processes, and scheduling activities.

• Proficiency in managing creative intake, project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and the overall workflow.

• Capability to manage the ingestion of digital assets, including tagging, metadata, permissions, delivery, governance, and archival practices.

• Familiarity with usage rights, licensing, and legal obligations.

• Experience working with DAM workflows and taxonomy structures.

• Competency in managing team capacity, task assignments, and service level agreements (SLAs).
