Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in West Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative intake process, project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and the complete workflow.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across diverse teams.

• Facilitate review processes, feedback cycles, and asset distribution.

• Relay updates on project status, potential risks, and alignment progress.

• Enhance the efficiency of workflow tools.

• Supervise daily studio operations, manage traffic, and direct creative routing.

• Administer team capacity, task assignments, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure appropriate file management, naming standards, and version control.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource management and process enhancements.

• Maintain comprehensive studio documentation, logs, tools, and systems.

• Oversee the ingestion of digital assets, including tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery.

• Sustain asset libraries, Digital Asset Management (DAM) structure, governance, and archival systems.

• Assist creative teams in accessing, retrieving, and managing asset rights.

• Guarantee adherence to usage rights, licensing, and legal guidelines.

• Streamline DAM workflows and taxonomy.

• Proven experience in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Skilled in managing creative workflows, project timelines, and resource requirements.

• Experienced in overseeing studio operations, asset routing, and scheduling.

• Proficient in managing creative intake, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and complete workflow processes.

• Capable of tracking timelines and deliverables across various teams.

• Familiarity with digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, delivery, governance, and archival systems.

• Understanding of usage rights, licensing, and legal standards.

• Competent in optimizing DAM workflows and taxonomy.
