This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the creative intake process, project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and comprehensive workflow management.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams.
• Organize review sessions, feedback loops, and asset distribution.
• Provide updates on project status, potential risks, and alignment communications.
• Enhance workflow tools for better efficiency.
• Supervise daily studio operations, traffic management, and creative asset routing.
• Manage team workload, assignment distribution, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure correct file handling, adherence to naming conventions, and version control practices.
• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource management and process enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive studio documentation, logs, tools, and systems.
• Oversee the ingestion of digital assets, including tagging, metadata management, permissions, and delivery processes.
• Maintain asset libraries, digital asset management (DAM) structure, governance, and archival systems.
• Assist creative teams in accessing assets, managing rights, and retrieval processes.
• Ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing agreements, and legal standards.
• Streamline DAM workflows and taxonomy.

• Proven experience in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage creative workflows, timelines, resource requirements, and studio operations.
• Knowledge and experience in creative routing and scheduling.
• Proficiency in managing creative intake, project scoping, resource allocation, and end-to-end workflow processes.
• Ability to track deliverables across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs), file handling procedures, naming conventions, and version control methodologies.
• Understanding of digital asset ingestion processes, as well as tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery systems.
• In-depth knowledge of DAM structure, governance, archival systems, usage rights, licensing, and legal compliance.
• Experience in optimizing DAM workflows and taxonomy.
