Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative intake process, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and the complete workflow.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate reviews, feedback loops, and the routing of assets.

• Communicate updates regarding project status, risks, and alignment.

• Enhance workflow tools for better efficiency.

• Supervise daily studio operations, manage traffic, and coordinate creative routing.

• Administer team capacity, task assignments, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure accurate file handling, naming conventions, and version control practices.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource management and process enhancements.

• Maintain comprehensive studio documentation, logs, tools, and systems.

• Oversee the ingestion of digital assets, including tagging, metadata management, permissions, and delivery.

• Manage asset libraries, Digital Asset Management (DAM) structure, governance, and archival systems.

• Assist creative teams in accessing assets, understanding rights, and retrieving materials.

• Ensure adherence to usage rights, licensing agreements, and legal stipulations.

• Streamline DAM workflows and taxonomy.

• Proven experience in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Skilled in managing creative workflows, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Experienced in overseeing studio operations, asset routing, and scheduling tasks.

• Capable of managing the creative intake process, scoping, resource allocation, and complete workflows.

• Proficient in tracking timelines and deliverables across diverse cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, and asset delivery processes.

• Knowledgeable about DAM structure, governance, archival systems, and legal requirements regarding usage rights and licensing.
