Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake of creative projects, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and the complete workflow process.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams.

• Organize reviews, feedback cycles, and the routing of assets.

• Provide updates on project status, potential risks, and alignment information.

• Enhance and optimize workflow tools.

• Supervise daily operations of the studio, including traffic management and creative routing.

• Manage team capacity, task assignments, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure proper handling of files, adherence to naming conventions, and version control.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource allocation and process enhancements.

• Maintain thorough documentation, logs, tools, and systems within the studio.

• Oversee the ingestion, tagging, metadata management, permissions, and delivery of digital assets.

• Maintain asset libraries, the structure of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, governance, and archival processes.

• Assist creative teams in accessing, retrieving, and managing rights for assets.

• Ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing, and other legal requirements.

• Streamline workflows and taxonomy within the DAM.

• Proven experience in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage creative workflows, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Experience in overseeing studio operations, asset routing, and scheduling.

• Capability to handle creative intake, scoping, resource management, and full workflow processes.

• Proficient in managing digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, delivery, governance, and archival systems.

• Familiarity with usage rights, licensing, and legal compliance.

• Skill in optimizing workflow tools, DAM processes, and taxonomy.
