Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative intake process, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and the complete workflow

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams

• Facilitate reviews, feedback cycles, and the routing of assets

• Communicate updates regarding project status, risks, and alignment

• Enhance workflow tools for greater efficiency

• Supervise daily studio operations, manage traffic, and route creative materials

• Oversee team capacity, assignment distribution, and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Ensure adherence to proper file handling, naming conventions, and version control

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resourcing and process enhancements

• Maintain documentation, logs, tools, and systems within the studio

• Manage the ingestion of digital assets, including tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery

• Sustain asset libraries, the structure of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, governance, and archival processes

• Assist creative teams in accessing, retrieving, and ensuring rights to assets

• Guarantee compliance with usage rights, licensing agreements, and legal standards

• Refine DAM workflows and taxonomy

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management

• Proven track record in managing creative workflows, timelines, and resource allocation

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing studio operations, routing, and scheduling

• Capability to manage creative intake, scoping, resourcing, and the entire workflow process

• Proficiency in tracking timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage team capacity, assignments, and SLAs effectively

• Familiarity with file handling practices, naming conventions, and version control

• Knowledge of digital asset ingestion processes, tagging, metadata management, permissions, and delivery methods

• Understanding of asset libraries, the structure of DAM systems, governance, and archival procedures

• Insight into usage rights, licensing protocols, and legal compliance requirements
