Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake of creative projects, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and comprehensive workflow management.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate reviews, feedback loops, and the routing of assets.

• Provide updates on project status, risks, and alignment.

• Enhance workflow tools for efficiency.

• Supervise daily studio activities, manage traffic, and route creative work.

• Manage team capacity, assignments, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure the appropriate handling of files, adherence to naming conventions, and version control.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource management and process enhancements.

• Maintain documentation for the studio, including logs, tools, and systems.

• Oversee the ingestion, tagging, metadata management, permissions, and delivery of digital assets.

• Manage asset libraries, the structure of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, governance, and archival processes.

• Assist creative teams with accessing assets, rights management, and retrieval.

• Ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing, and legal obligations.

• Streamline DAM workflows and taxonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven background in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Experience in managing creative workflows, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Familiarity with overseeing studio operations, routing, and scheduling.

• Capability to handle creative intake, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and complete workflow management.

• Proficiency in managing digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, governance, and archival systems.

• Understanding of usage rights, licensing, and legal compliance.

• Ability to enhance DAM workflows and taxonomy.
