Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake of creative projects, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and complete workflow management.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables among various cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate reviews, feedback loops, and asset distribution.

• Provide updates on project status, risks, and alignment.

• Streamline the use of workflow tools.

• Supervise daily studio functions, traffic management, and creative routing.

• Manage team capacity, task assignments, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure correct file management, naming standards, and version control.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource management and process enhancements.

• Keep studio documentation, logs, tools, and systems up to date.

• Oversee the ingestion of digital assets, along with tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery.

• Maintain asset libraries, digital asset management (DAM) structure, governance, and archival systems.

• Assist creative teams with access to assets, rights, and retrieval processes.

• Ensure adherence to usage rights, licensing, and legal obligations.

• Enhance DAM workflows and taxonomy.

• Proven experience in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Demonstrated ability in managing creative workflows, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Experience in overseeing studio operations, routing, and scheduling tasks.

• Proficiency in managing creative intake, scoping, resources, and complete workflows.

• Capability to track timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams effectively.

• Expertise in digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, delivery, DAM structure, governance, and archival systems.

• Familiarity with usage rights, licensing, and legal requirements.
