Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative intake process, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and managing the complete workflow.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate reviews, feedback cycles, and the routing of assets.

• Provide updates on project status, risks, and alignment.

• Enhance workflow tools for efficiency.

• Supervise daily studio operations, manage traffic, and handle creative routing.

• Oversee team capacity, task assignments, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure proper file management, including naming conventions and version control.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource allocation and process enhancements.

• Maintain comprehensive studio documentation, logs, tools, and systems.

• Manage the ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery of digital assets.

• Oversee the maintenance of asset libraries, digital asset management (DAM) structure, governance, and archival systems.

• Assist creative teams in accessing assets, managing rights, and retrieval processes.

• Ensure adherence to usage rights, licensing, and legal obligations.

• Streamline DAM workflows and taxonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing creative workflows, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Experience in overseeing studio operations, including routing and scheduling.

• Capability to manage creative intake, scoping, resourcing, and comprehensive workflows.

• Proficient in tracking timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery processes.

• Knowledgeable in asset libraries, DAM structures, governance, and archival systems.

• Ability to ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing, and relevant legal requirements.
