Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake of creative projects, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and full workflow management.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables across various cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate reviews, feedback cycles, and the routing of creative assets.

• Communicate updates regarding project status, risks, and alignment.

• Enhance the efficiency of workflow tools.

• Supervise daily studio operations, manage traffic, and oversee creative routing.

• Administer team capacity, task assignments, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure proper management of file handling, naming conventions, and version control.

• Collaborate with the Creative Ops Lead on resource management and process enhancements.

• Keep studio documentation, logs, tools, and systems up to date.

• Oversee the ingestion, tagging, metadata management, permissions, and delivery of digital assets.

• Maintain asset libraries, digital asset management (DAM) structures, governance, and archival systems.

• Assist creative teams with accessing assets, rights management, and retrieval processes.

• Ensure adherence to usage rights, licensing, and legal standards.

• Streamline DAM workflows and taxonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven background in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, or Digital Asset Management.

• Proficient in managing creative workflows, timelines, resource requirements, and studio operations.

• Experienced in creative intake, scoping, scheduling, resource management, routing, and complete workflow oversight.

• Skilled in tracking timelines and deliverables across diverse cross-functional teams.

• Familiar with coordinating reviews and feedback cycles.

• Adept at optimizing workflow tools.

• Experienced in managing team capacity, task assignments, and SLAs.

• Knowledgeable in file handling, naming standards, and version control protocols.

• Proficient in managing digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery processes.

• Experienced in maintaining asset libraries, DAM structures, governance, and archival systems.

• Knowledgeable about usage rights, licensing, and legal requirements.

• Skilled in optimizing DAM workflows and taxonomy.
