Creative Multimedia Designer – Video, Motion & Graphic Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form videos tailored for performance advertising across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, as well as for organic content.

• Create and animate motion graphics that enhance the dynamism, clarity, and visual impact of various assets.

• Produce graphic design materials including static images, carousels, banners, key visuals, and visual identities for campaigns.

• Adapt creative content for various formats like Reels, Stories, Shorts, YouTube Ads, feeds, displays, and more.

• Collaborate with the global creative team to craft visual narratives that enhance click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversion rates.

• Ensure visual consistency and technical quality across all deliverables, in alignment with each client's standards.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design across all three areas.

• Skilled in the Adobe suite: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (experience with Figma is an added advantage).

• Proven experience in creating performance-oriented creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads, with an understanding of hooks, pacing, dynamic captions, and format adaptations.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid grasp of design principles such as typography, color, hierarchy, and layout.

• Reliable internet connection to support continuous remote work.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and collaborate effectively with global teams.

• Nice-to-haves: familiarity with 2D/3D animation, illustration, branding, or tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, and Lottie.
