Creative Multimedia Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Develop original illustrations and visual assets from the ground up for various campaigns and projects.

• Create social media posts, marketing materials, and digital content that are in line with brand strategy.

• Generate motion graphics, product demonstrations, and animations for digital platforms.

• Convert concepts and creative briefs into visually captivating storytelling.

• Work in collaboration with marketers, sales teams, developers, and internal departments to generate creative ideas and campaigns.

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.

• Modify designs for various platforms, including LinkedIn, web, and email.

• Oversee multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery of work.

• Keep abreast of design trends, motion graphics techniques, and AI-assisted creative tools to enhance output quality.

• Keep thorough documentation of design processes and assets for team reference and handover.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in illustration, social media design, and motion graphics.

• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing work in illustration, motion graphics, and branded content.

• Experience in producing social media content, motion graphics, and marketing visuals.

• Proficiency in design and motion tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Figma (optional but beneficial), along with AI-assisted design tools.

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Creative mindset with the ability to transform concepts into engaging visual content.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate creative decisions effectively.
