Creative Marketing Specialist – RnD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create inventive hypotheses informed by user research, market dynamics, and performance analytics.

• Craft concepts and scripts for video, static, and interactive creative materials.

• Provide concise briefs for designers and actors/UGC creators to ensure efficient execution.

• Analyze test outcomes (A/B testing & experiments), derive insights, and refine strategies accordingly.

• Keep abreast of trends in social media platforms, the advertising sector, and the wider cultural landscape.

• Engage in workshops and brainstorming sessions with team leaders and cross-functional collaborators.

• Record experiments (noting successes and failures).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing (including roles such as SMM, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Creative Marketing Specialist, or Creative Producer).

• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and the impact of creative content on achieving results.

• Innovative mindset: generate unique ideas and articulate them as testable hypotheses.

• Methodical, organized work style with effective follow-through.

• Analytical mindset: adept in marketing metrics, experimentation, and handling large data sets.

• Critical assessment skills: evaluate concepts, recognize potential, and enhance them using data.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
