Creative Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create professional marketing assets for both online and offline platforms.

• Design presentations, sales materials, brochures, flyers, signage, banners, event materials, digital ads, and promotional resources.

• Produce visually striking graphics that enhance the company's brand image.

• Assist in executing creative campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.

• Maintain and refresh company websites and landing pages.

• Develop pages for promotions, Open Houses, events, and community initiatives.

• Improve website content and enhance user experience.

• Apply fundamental SEO best practices.

• Support HubSpot marketing campaigns and automation efforts.

• Generate email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and workflows.

• Strategize, design, schedule, and publish content for social media.

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to effectively market available inventory.

• Monitor campaign performance and track marketing KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative design and branding capabilities.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva (required), Adobe Photoshop (preferred), Adobe Illustrator (preferred), HubSpot (preferred), Figma (preferred), Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and website management platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
