Creative Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Formulate hypotheses and evaluate innovative concepts across paid social media platforms, such as Meta and TikTok.

• Scale successful concepts and explore new testing avenues, including funnels and customer acquisition.

• Perform creative and competitive market analysis, focusing on trends, audience behavior, and industry best practices.

• Assess test outcomes using metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPM, and ROAS; refine and create new hypotheses.

• Develop clear briefs for designers and oversee the creative process until completion.

• Work collaboratively with AI Content Creators, UAM, and PMM to brainstorm concepts, develop hypotheses, and analyze results.

• Partner with product and analytics teams.

• Assist Mindly in broadening its marketplace for psychologists and their clients on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Marketing Manager, or in a similar capacity.

• Familiarity with performance marketing and marketing performance indicators.

• Capability to analyze extensive data sets and derive insights.

• A blend of creative and analytical thinking; organized, systematic, and driven by metrics.

• Proficiency in tracking creative success rates and identifying standout projects using specific metrics.

• Demonstrated experience in creating content for Meta and TikTok and launching initiatives with quantifiable outcomes.

• Background in producing UGC and storytelling content.

• Skilled in writing compelling copy that prompts action.

• Practical experience utilizing AI for competitor analysis, brief creation, ad variation generation, and creative evaluation.

• Experience in developing creative strategies and scaling creative outputs, particularly in launching campaigns for new markets (preferred).

• Ideally situated within the CET or EET time zone.
