Creative Marketing Manager, AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the AI system responsible for generating advertising creatives (both static and video): refine outputs, steer the generation process, and implement necessary modifications—no dedicated designers will be present.

• Handle the complete AI marketing cycle: from idea conception to META campaign launches.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the web funnel, initiating enhancements based on a rigorous data-driven strategy to improve performance marketing metrics.

• Thoroughly review and validate analytics—make final strategic decisions based on findings.

• Collaborate daily with the team to review acquisition outcomes and business metrics, introducing new ideas and strategies to achieve team objectives.

• Experience in assessing and curating appealing ad concepts targeted at a Western audience (Tier-1 markets).

• Creativity: capable of thinking outside the box and reframing challenges. Ability to combine human insight into customer pain points with meticulous curation of the system's outputs.
