Creative Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and steer the creative vision and strategy for social media, video, and display advertising to enhance user acquisition.

• Lead the creative execution for campaigns focused on mobile app acquisition.

• Develop, expand, and oversee a robust content sourcing engine.

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of performance creative assets.

• Collaborate closely with the Growth team and Capital One’s Brand team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition.

• At least 3 years of experience in driving creative strategy and execution for paid social, video, or display advertising channels.

• A minimum of 3 years managing creative testing pipelines and closely collaborating with paid media channel owners.

• A total of at least 7 years in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing is preferred.

• A proven track record as a significant contributor to the rapid growth of a successful mobile app through conversion-focused performance creative is preferred.

• Extensive hands-on experience in designing effective performance creative for app-centric acquisition channels is preferred.

• Expertise in sourcing and scaling advertising content through various channels, including user-generated content (UGC), creator networks, third-party agencies, and internal studios is preferred.

• Strong experience in navigating strict compliance, legal, and risk frameworks within a highly regulated industry or corporate environment is preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex channel data into clear, high-level business insights and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership is preferred.
