Creative Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing banners and promotional creatives for casino initiatives.

• Design game thumbnails, covers, and artwork for featured games.

• Create graphics for landing pages, emails, social media, and CRM campaigns.

• Adapt existing visual concepts into various campaign formats and sizes.

• Design seasonal and event-specific promotional visuals.

• Work with AI-generated artwork, enhancing and refining it into production-ready assets.

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all brands.

• Adhere to brand guidelines while contributing innovative creative ideas.

• Create sales and management presentations, which include branded templates and custom decks for both commercial and internal use.

• Produce short animated videos and motion graphics, primarily for conference invitations, event promotions, and product and brand introductions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Digital Designer.

• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, Sports Betting, or Entertainment sectors.

• Strong grasp of branding, layout, and visual communication principles.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro), Figma, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).

• Experience utilizing AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and creative output.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect assets.

• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders (marketing, sales, management).

• Ability to convert high-level concepts into complete, production-ready assets.

• Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of After Effects for creating simple motion graphics.
