This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the agency’s creative deliverables encompassing brand strategy, design, copywriting, and video and motion projects.
• Create visual identity systems, campaign creatives, web design collaborations, sales and marketing materials, and pitch presentations.
• Establish the visual benchmarks for all agency outputs while remaining actively involved in the creative process.
• Guide positioning, messaging frameworks, voice and tone, audience and persona development, naming conventions, and strategic briefs.
• Implement the Differentiator Framework in client projects.
• Develop brand messaging, web content, campaign materials, sales narratives, and comprehensive long-form content.
• Oversee video projects, write scripts, conceptualize storyboards, and collaborate with production teams to finalize motion work.
• Act as the creative representative in client discussions, internal strategic meetings, and new business proposals.
• Define the presentation of Plan Left’s creative work in the marketplace.
• Collaborate directly with the Marketing Director and Account Director as part of the leadership team.
• Establish standards and lay the groundwork for a future creative team.
• A minimum of eight years developing creative/design expertise.
• Significant experience in roles such as senior designer, art director, associate creative director, or creative director.
• Strong foundation as a designer.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range and depth in brand identity, digital, and campaign projects.
• Proficient in crafting headlines, taglines, web copy, brand messaging, campaign materials, sales narratives, and long-form content.
• Skilled in building brand identity systems, designing landing pages, and leading campaigns.
• Capable of developing and working from robust creative briefs.
• Ability to justify creative choices and present work to discerning clients.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in a remote work environment.
