This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creative strategy and execution across various domains including acquisition, member marketing, social media, product, ecommerce, and brand, ensuring a cohesive and on-brand narrative at every interaction.
• Support the ecommerce creative efforts, encompassing Amazon, DTC, and retail channels, with an emphasis on maintaining consistency.
• Collaborate closely with a creative copywriter and designer to create integrated concepts and campaigns.
• Take ownership of daily brand management, which includes the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines and design systems.
• Propel partnership and collaborative creative processes from initial ideas to final execution.
• Construct and supervise performance marketing creative across various platforms, including paid media, email, SMS, affiliate, and social, while balancing brand integrity with conversion objectives.
• Establish and uphold a high-volume creative flow across all channels: product launches, new color releases, promotions, experiments, and more.
• Evaluate and provide guidance on scripts, articles, video content, as well as influencer and third-party creative materials.
• Oversee and review works from external agencies, freelancers, and content creators, ensuring brand consistency across all partnerships.
• Possess a robust understanding of brand strategy with the capability to translate it into cohesive and visually compelling work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor designers while remaining actively engaged in the creative process.
• A strategic thinker who can link creative decisions to business objectives and clearly communicate the rationale behind creative choices.
• Capable of confidently presenting and advocating for creative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Over 7 years of creative experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead creative position.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases brand, performance, and product creative with a digital-first emphasis; experience in retail and ecommerce is advantageous.
• Proven experience collaborating with copywriters and cross-functional teams (acquisition, product, ecommerce, marketing).
• Comfort in balancing a high creative workload and quick turnaround times while ensuring strong brand governance.
• A strong collaborator with experience mentoring junior designers, capable of functioning effectively both individually and within a team, across various organizational levels.
• Background in DTC, consumer products, or pet/lifestyle brands is a significant advantage.
