This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to strategize, design, and implement innovative pharmaceutical marketing initiatives.
• Develop and steer the strategic direction for client deliverables and new business opportunities.
• Comprehend client brands, key messages, strategic goals, therapeutic areas, and target demographics.
• Manage external partners and freelance creative personnel as necessary.
• Define project scopes and budgets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ideate and brainstorm for innovative brand experiences.
• Evaluate project materials for design quality, specifications, audience relevance, creative strategy, and adherence to quality assurance.
• Provide project approval and present work, design rationale, and creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Engage in new business pitches and promote the creative vision.
• Oversee creative activities to ensure timely, strategic, and budget-compliant delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and offer project-specific guidance to internal Creative team members.
• Encourage collaboration across various departments and teams.
• Assist senior leadership in corporate strategies and cross-selling initiatives.
• Stay informed about advertising, branding, design, digital technology, and emerging media trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic arts, or a related field of study.
• At least 5 years of creative design experience in a medical communications or advertising agency.
• Demonstrated experience in leading creative projects across print, digital, video, and interactive media.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical accounts in an agency setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with video and motion graphics is a plus.
• Exceptional creative design, conceptualization, and visual storytelling abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of, or hands-on experience with, interactive programming.
• Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Excellent time management and project management capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Skill in providing management direction and developmental support to direct reports.
• Strong skills in presentation, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management.
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Option for remote work / primarily remote position.
