• Over 7 years of experience in creative, branding, or marketing positions.

• More than 2 years of experience in leading creative teams.

• Demonstrated success in developing impactful creative campaigns across digital platforms, web, video, and brand experiences.

• A strong portfolio that showcases creative excellence, strategic insight, and measurable business results.

• Experience in leading diverse creative teams while mentoring and nurturing talent.

• Capability to translate business objectives into engaging creative strategies that appeal to customers.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient project management skills.

• A data-driven approach with experience in utilizing performance insights to refine creative output.
