Creative Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Create and refine brand identities, encompassing logos, corporate designs, design systems, sales materials, and presentations.

• Ideate and design contemporary websites, landing pages, and digital user experiences.

• Formulate UX/UI concepts and screen designs.

• Construct and manage websites utilizing WordPress and Elementor.

• Generate innovative designs for both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

• Create performance creatives, Google Ads, social media campaigns, landing pages, banners, advertising materials, and sales collateral.

• Develop visual content for social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.

• Produce image and video assets, infographics, and engaging content formats.

• Leverage modern AI tools for ideation, content creation, image generation, and workflow efficiency.

• Cooperate with the web development team on the technical implementation of more intricate features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of branding, visual design, typography, visual language, and UX/UI design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and contemporary AI design tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.

• Experience in designing and maintaining responsive websites.

• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Background in designing digital and traditional marketing campaigns along with creating visuals for social media and performance marketing.

• Strong inclination towards software, quick to adapt, and capable of independently learning new tools and technologies.

• Completed education or degree in graphic design, design, or media (HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent qualification).

• Exceptional written and spoken German (minimum C2 level, preferably at native-speaker proficiency).

• Several years of pertinent professional experience, ideally within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.

• Portfolio/work samples and details of prior experience.
