• A portfolio is mandatory — we cannot proceed without it.

• Demonstrate visual intelligence in your work: layouts that are spacious, typography that is purposeful, and hierarchies that effectively guide the viewer's eye.

• Showcase web projects that you are proud of — we need to see your ability to design for digital screens, not just for print.

• A designer who has mastered the fundamentals before adopting shortcuts.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure a smooth handoff.

• Self-motivated — capable of taking a brief and executing it independently.

• The tools you use are less important than your design vision. If your portfolio demonstrates your design capabilities, we will handle the rest.
