Creative Design and Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and produce high-quality collateral and creative materials across various formats including print, digital, web, and multimedia—such as advertisements, comps, concept executions, and presentations.

• Prepare provided artwork for production by generating export-ready delivery packages and troubleshooting/resolving any artwork issues throughout the production process.

• Curate on-brand, premium stock photography and execute retouching/manipulation to guarantee polished and effective creative assets.

• Develop new graphics and enhance existing ones using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to meet specified requirements.

• Collaborate with Creative/Art Directors, writers, designers, developers, and production teams; effectively communicate and present design rationale to stakeholders; stay updated on trends while ensuring alignment with Zscaler’s brand system and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team, with a robust portfolio showcasing concept development, typography, layout, and digital/web design fundamentals.

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage production files for both print and digital formats, including layout/typesetting, photo selection/editing, print production, quality assurance, and troubleshooting design/application issues.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite along with solid working knowledge of MS Office/Google Slides.

• Experience in constructing PowerPoint presentations (slide layouts, typography, diagrams/iconography, animation) and a strong understanding of web/social media standards and limitations.

• Self-motivated individual who excels in fast-paced settings; skilled in persuading design choices; actively seeks and applies feedback; follows direction effectively; highly collaborative with stakeholders and technical teams; possesses strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
