Creative Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison among Paid, Organic, and Client Services to guarantee that creative requests are well-defined, completed punctually, and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Collect and organize images and logos from client onboarding checklists.

• Ensure all assets are uploaded appropriately and shared with all relevant team members.

• Creative Production: Modify and prepare assets (resizing, applying logo overlays, etc.).

• Design Assembly: Develop campaign-ready visuals based on brand templates and channel specifications.

• Utilize design platforms such as Creatopy, Canva Pro, and Frame.io.

• Employ task management systems like TaskRay (Salesforce) and Google Sheets.

• Opportunity to assist in video creation for PMAX and YouTube campaigns: Collecting images and logos to create a slideshow video for campaigns.

• Conduct creative audits across accounts.

• Actively engage in departmental meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing insights and solutions to improve operational efficiencies.

• Stay informed about trends, best practices, and platform algorithm updates within the multifamily and digital marketing sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing creative and/or asset management, or a related role.

• Familiarity with design tools (Creatopy, Canva Pro, Frame.io, or similar).

• Basic design experience.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work cross-functionally and manage various priorities.

• Problem-solving orientation with an emphasis on process enhancement.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about learning in a dynamic environment.
