• Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on content prior to publication.

• Monitor the performance of content and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Analyze content metrics such as engagement, watch time, audience retention, and reach.

• Identify opportunities to expand social media accounts and boost audience engagement.

• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices across platforms.

• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with company goals.

• Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms.

• Demonstrable experience in managing social media content and content production teams.

• Strong knowledge of both short-form and long-form video content.

• Proficient video editing skills.

• Ability to transform a vision, concept, or story into engaging content.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of video editors.

• Experience in managing remote creative teams.

• Solid understanding of content performance metrics and social media analytics.

• Proven experience in growing social media accounts and audiences.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members concurrently.

• Experience with social media advertising is advantageous.

• Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
