This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete solution architecture throughout the engagement, ensuring that technical decisions are in line with the client's business goals, technical environment, and long-term strategy.
• Act as the main architectural liaison for the client, establishing trusted relationships with client technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into scalable and maintainable architecture and delivery plans, while balancing speed, cost, and quality.
• Provide direct technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams, including engineers, analysts, and project managers, ensuring uniform architectural standards across various workstreams.
• Identify and oversee technical risks, dependencies, and integration points among telco-specific systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, network operations, customer experience platforms, order-to-activate workflows).
• Conduct design reviews, enforce architectural governance, and execute quality assurance checkpoints throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project and program leaders to ensure that architectural decisions align with delivery schedules, scopes, and budgets.
• Mentor and develop members of the delivery team, enhancing the technical capabilities of the wider team throughout the engagement.
• Create and present clear, executive-ready documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of telecommunications industry trends, regulatory factors, and platform capabilities pertinent to the engagement.
• Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, technical delivery, or systems integration, with considerable exposure to the telecommunications sector.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale, multi-stream technology solutions in a consulting or systems integrator setting.
• Strong understanding of telco operational areas, such as OSS/BSS, network service management, order management, or customer care platforms.
• Established ability to lead and influence cross-functional delivery teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting directly with client executives and technical leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed architectural trade-offs within real-world constraints.
• Experience working within structured delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional waterfall) on enterprise-scale projects.
