CRA, Oncology – Part Time, Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• This position is a Part Time role at 0.3FTE (12 hours per week), scheduled from Monday to Friday (with flexibility), and is based remotely in Hungary.

• Responsibilities include conducting site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close-out visits (either on-site or remotely), ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, ICH-GCP, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP), and protocol compliance.

• Utilizes judgment and expertise to assess the overall performance of the site and its staff, offering recommendations for site-specific actions; promptly communicates and escalates serious issues to the project team while formulating action plans.

• Maintains an up-to-date understanding of ICH/GCP Guidelines, relevant regulations, and company SOPs/processes.

• Aids in strategies for subject/patient recruitment, retention, and awareness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.

• Proficient computer skills and a willingness to adapt to new technologies are essential.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• A foundational level of critical thinking skills is expected.

• Capability to manage travel requirements of up to 75% regularly.
