This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the configuration, upkeep, and enhancement of applications related to revenue generation and service execution.
• Ensure that product catalogs, pricing structures, quote frameworks, billing information, and project tracking operate smoothly.
• Develop and refine dynamic Quote Templates and Guided Selling workflows to enhance the experience for sales representatives.
• Oversee Certinia PS Cloud modules, setting up projects, milestones, resource management, and tracking of time and expenses.
• Manage the subscription lifecycle, co-terming logic, and processes for automated renewals.
• At least 5+ years of practical experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong emphasis on CPQ and Certinia PSA frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce Revenue Cloud data model, including quote-to-order processes and subscription logic.
• Practical experience in configuring Certinia PSA core objects, project hierarchies, and billing regulations.
• Basic knowledge of how data flows between HubSpot, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
