
CPA Tax Planner, Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute proactive, tailored tax strategies for clients.
• Act as the primary tax consultant for designated clients.
• Facilitate and engage in client meetings to discuss tax strategies and recommendations.
• Integrate tax assumptions and strategies into financial planning software and client plans.
• Prepare and/or review federal and state tax returns.
• Serve as an internal tax resource for advisors and planning teams.
• Provide education to advisors on tax-sensitive planning strategies.
• Must possess an active CPA license in good standing.
• Requires 5+ years of progressive tax experience (in public accounting, wealth management, or family office).
• Proven expertise in individual, business, and trust taxation.
• Strong background in tax planning that goes beyond basic compliance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High ethical standards and a strong commitment to fiduciary principles.
• Prior experience with an RIA, family office, or wealth management firm is preferred.
• Experience in servicing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients is preferred.
• CFP® designation or significant financial planning experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial planning and tax planning software is preferred.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
