CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture ongoing relationships with CPA and affiliate networks (such as HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others)

• Assess new offers for their quality, relevance, and competitive payout rates

• Negotiate pricing and terms with account managers from networks

• Track offer performance metrics — including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote top-performing offers

• Ensure that all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards prior to publication

• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard reflecting active offers, payouts, and network performance

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary

• Preference given to candidates familiar with CPA marketing or affiliate networks

• Strong analytical capabilities — proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboards is essential

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with external partners

• Detail-oriented with a compliance-focused mindset — not every offer qualifies

• Ability to manage multiple network relationships at once

• Self-motivated and driven by results
