This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Experience with third-party insurance coverage tasks.
• Involvement in third-party insurance defense cases (a limited number of cases).
• Possess exceptional analytical abilities alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independently manage cases while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Conduct frequent court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
• Maintain communication with clients and generate monthly status reports.
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment while ensuring a high-quality output.
• Maintain an average workload of 160 hours monthly, unless otherwise approved by firm management.
• Over 4 years of experience in third-party coverage insurance defense.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma, or Arizona, and in good standing.
