
Courtroom Presentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborates with the trial team, including expert witnesses, to create plans for trials or hearings utilizing a courtroom presentation system.
• Prepares exhibit images for specific purposes (e.g., zooming in on or highlighting a particular paragraph, or arranging two exhibits side by side on the screen).
• Creates simple graphic images/exhibits using standard off-the-shelf software applications.
• Provides guidance to attorneys on the impact of particular exhibits or sequences of exhibits.
• Ensures the seamless operation of the presentation system within the courtroom.
• Digitizes audio and video clips.
• Synchronizes clips with corresponding written transcripts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to commencing employment (candidates do not need to be cleared at the time of application).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with standard courtroom presentation software such as Trial Director and Sanction is essential.
• Excellent oral communication skills are a must.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven capability to work successfully with a trial team throughout the entire pretrial and trial process, including identifying and scanning exhibits, scripting with attorneys, setting up the courtroom, and operating and troubleshooting the system during court proceedings.
• Willingness to travel for extended durations.
• Availability to work long hours over an extended period.
