Court Coverage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Obtain coverage within specified deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in a role that involves high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, including but not limited to inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.

• Proficient and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without oversight.

• Remain calm and make decisive choices under pressure, ensuring progress is maintained.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
